Measuring the wear resistance performance of undercoated putty, according to GB/T1770-2008 design, the number of strokes is read by the counter, and the sanding performance of the undercoated putty can be evaluated according to the load weight, the number of strokes and the degree of abrasion.

It is suitable for measuring the sanding of indoor putty such as building interior-wall and ceiling. After sanding to the number of times specified by the product, observe the area of putty powder stained on the sandpaper to judge the sanding of the coating.

According to GB/T1770 standard, the friction speed is 0~ 135cpm, the test stroke is 155mm, and the setting range is 0~ 9999. It is used to evaluate the sanding resistance of primer and putty.

DM-IV Putty Abradability tester, is a new type of instrument designed and manufactured according to GB/T1770-2008 national standard, used to evaluate the sanding resistance of undercoating and putty.

In line with GB/T 1770 standard design, used to evaluate the undercoat, putty sanding resistance of the instrument, friction speed 0~ 135 times/min (one-way), stroke 155mm, set number range 0~ 9999 (two-way count).
