Introduction
LANDTEK SRT-6100 roughness meter , also known as surface finish meter or surface roughness meter, is a special testing instrument for detecting the surface roughness of objects. It uses the needle drawing method to measure the roughness of objects. , can measure the Ra and Rz values of the roughness at the same time. SRT-6100 roughness meter is a built-in high-precision sensor type, small in size, easy to carry, in line with international standards GB/T6062 and ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS various international standards, digital display, clear and intuitive display of measurement data.
Product principle
The SRT-6100 roughness meter is to place the sensor on the measured surface of the workpiece, and the internal driving mechanism of the roughness meter drives the sensor to slide along the measured surface at a constant speed. The sensor feels the roughness of the measured surface through the built-in stylus. The roughness of the measured surface of the workpiece causes the displacement of the stylus, which will change the inductance of the inductance coil of the sensor of the SRT-6100 roughness meter, so that a column proportional to the measured surface roughness is generated at the output of the phase-sensitive rectifier. The analog signal enters the data acquisition system after amplification and level conversion. The DSP chip performs digital filtering and parameter calculation on the collected data, and the measurement results are displayed on the LCD. At the same time, it can communicate with the PC to realize data analysis and Print.
