Introduction
KAIDA NDT120 Surface Finish Tester is a portable finish testing instrument for measuring the surface finish of metal or non-metal parts. NDT120 adopts a full metal shell and can choose Ra, Rz=Ry(JIS), Rq, Rt=Rmax, Rp, Rv, R3z , R3y, RzJIS, Rs, Rsk, Rku, Rsm, Rmr14 parameters, the measurement range is very wide. NDT120 surface finish meter adopts DSP chip for control and data processing, with high speed and high precision, and has data storage function, which can store 100 sets of measurement raw data. The surface finish meter is suitable for measuring workpieces such as planes, outer circles, cones, inner holes, grooves, curved surfaces and other special-shaped surfaces, but it is equipped with different adapters.
Features
1. The calibration sample block of NDT120 surface finish meter is made of optical glass substrate, which is certified by the National Metrology Institute. It has high precision, is not easy to scratch, and has a long service life.
2. Adopt DSP chip for control and data processing, with fast speed and low power consumption.
3. It has the function of indicating the position of the sensor stylus.
4. Support setting and displaying real-time clock, convenient data recording and storage.
5. NDT120 smoothness meter has power-saving functions such as automatic sleep and automatic shutdown, and is designed for low power consumption.

7. The display screen of the instrument is a 128×64 OLED dot matrix display, digital/graphic display, bright and without viewing angle.

10. Large-capacity data storage, which can store 100 sets of original data and waveforms.
