Introduction to the AR-132C Surface Roughness Tester
AR-132C is a portable precision roughness tester that measures the surface roughness of objects, and the measurement accuracy is not more than ±15%. The sensor of the AR-132C is an inductive operating principle sensor using diamond material, and the measurement angle is 90 degrees. The AR-132C surface roughness tester complies with the national standard GB-T6062 and the four standards of ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS, and is suitable for measuring the surface roughness of a variety of machined parts in the production site. In addition, the corresponding parameters are calculated according to the selected measurement conditions, and all measurement parameters are clearly displayed on the LCD display.

When measuring the surface roughness of a workpiece, the sensor is placed on the surface to be measured on the workpieceAR-132C Surface Roughness TesterThe internal driving mechanism drives the sensor to do constant velocity gliding along the measured surface, the sensor feels the roughness of the measured surface through the built-in sharp stylus, the roughness of the measured surface of the workpiece causes the stylus to produce displacement, the displacement makes the inductance of the sensor inductance coil change, so that the analog signal proportional to the roughness of the measured surface is generated at the output end of the phase-sensitive rectifier, the signal enters the data acquisition system after amplification and level conversion, the DSP chip carries out digital filtering and parameter calculation of the collected data, and the measurement results are displayed on the liquid crystal display, and can communicate with the PC at the same time to realize data analysis statistics and printing.
