It is used to evaluate the resistance of paint or varnish to cracking or separation from the metal substrate under specific conditions. performance, assessing the coating as pass-fail and by gradually increasing the indentation depth to determine the minimum depth at which the coating just begins to crack or begins to detach from the substrate.

The indentation diameter of QBJ coating cupping testing machine is 20mm, and the maximum indentation depth is 10mm. QBJ coating cupping testing machine has two functions of automatic zero adjustment and manual zero adjustment, which can be used to test single-sided coated boards and double-sided coated boards respectively.
