Introduction
HYL-2100 particle image analysis system is a multifunctional particle analysis system developed by Dandong Haoyu Technology Co., Ltd. The system consists of optical microscope, industrial CCD camera, computer, printer and image analysis software. Its basic workflow is as follows: 1. Take pictures of particles through optical microscope and video camera and transmit them to the computer; 2. Use special analysis software to process and analyze the images of particles; 3. Use computer display or printer output for analysis result. This system not only has the characteristics of intuition, image and accuracy, but also can directly observe the morphology of particles and obtain indicators such as particle size distribution, aspect ratio and sphericity. It provides an intuitive and visual means for particle analysis.
Features
1. This system uses the number of pixels contained in each particle in the particle image to make statistics, and calculates the isometric area and spherical volume of each particle. In this way, the iso-circular diameter and iso-spherical diameter of each particle are obtained, and then all the particles in the image are counted, and finally the particle size distribution and other information of the analyzed sample are obtained.
2. This system can perform grayscale conversion, segmentation, deletion, filling, scaling, smoothing, stitching and other processing on the image, and can also perform the above processing on multiple images at the same time, so as to improve the representativeness of the analyzed samples and make the processing results more accurate ,Honest and reliable.
3. After processing the image, the system can automatically count the number, area, volume, sphericity, aspect ratio, and particle size distribution data and graphics of the particles.
4. The original picture can be selected in the print report to make the test report more intuitive. At the same time, it can also print the data of particle size distribution, distribution curve, data information of each particle, aspect ratio, sphericity, etc.
