Introduction
The QGZ-65 automatic metallographic sample cutting machine is a precision cutting machine that integrates manual and automatic functions. The whole machine adopts an electromechanical separation structure with reasonable design, which effectively protects electrical safety and is easy to maintain. The height of the spindle is adjustable, the Y-axis is automatically and accurately controlled, and it can automatically return to its original position after cutting. Equipped with automatic intelligent feeding, it can automatically adjust the speed according to the hardness of the material to avoid stalling. It is suitable for cutting samples of various shapes, sizes and materials. The surface of the cut sample is bright, flat and free of burns. It is an ideal equipment for cutting samples.
