Introduction

TQC CC2000 Single Scratch Adhesion Meter Series includes SP1690, SP1691, SP1692, SP1699, SP1700 five models, with a retainer design, can automatically adjust the blade, with a rotating handle, so that the pressure on the blade is equalized, without the need for additional tools to change the cutter. TQC's single scratcher is imported from the Netherlands and has tools that can be used for different coating film thicknesses and substrate adhesion tests according to the standard. Each set of paint adhesion testers consists of a lightweight, comfortable handle, a tough knife, and easy to carry. Also included are brushes, small magnifying glasses, and adhesive tape.

The principle of the scratcher experiment

TQC brand paint adhesion tester adopts the scratch method, which is internationally recognized as the easiest and most effective test method for testing adhesion. The adhesion of the sample can be quickly measured by simply performing a series of different cuts on the substrate, dry coating, and paint.

The grid method simply means that a row of 6/11 blades between the two outer wires of the adhesion tester is used to cut out two vertically crossed parallel lines to obtain 25 or 100 squares, and then used in the intersection area of the parallel lines, and then treated with a stiff brush for a short time or treated with tape on a hard substrate to evaluate the adhesion.
