2. CO2 concentration control system

● Imported infrared (IR) sensor control

If the door needs to be opened frequently during the experiment, the infrared sensor is a suitable choice. The imported infrared (IR) sensor selected by Yiheng is very sensitive to the change of CO2 concentration, and is not affected by other conditions inside the incubator impact on it. If you open the door for 30 seconds and then close the door, it can return to the set concentration of 5% CO2 within ≤3 minutes. Even if it is used by multiple people and needs to open and close the door frequently, it can still keep the CO2 concentration in the box fast, stable and uniform.

3. Temperature control\monitoring system

A. Incubator temperature control system

● Pt100 temperature detector to ensure accurate temperature inside the box. The heating power can be adjusted in real time to ensure the accuracy of the actual temperature in the box. After the user opens and closes the door to sample and stake out, the experimental temperature can be restored within 3 minutes.

B. Door temperature heating system

● The outer box door has a heating function, and the door temperature follows the box temperature and is slightly higher than the box temperature, which can effectively prevent the glass door from condensing water, facilitate observation of the experiment process, and avoid the possibility of microbial contamination caused by the glass door condensing water sex.

C. Ambient temperature monitoring system
