Overview

Leeb400 pocket surface roughness meter is a new type of intelligent instrument for measuring the surface roughness of machined parts. The instrument integrates today's microprocessor technology and sensing technology. basic principle

When the sensor moves in a uniform linear motion along the measured surface under the driving mechanism, the stylus inside it perpendicular to the working surface displaces in the vertical direction with the microscopic uneven contour of the working surface, and then converts the displacement change amount into electricity through the sensor. The electrical signal is amplified, filtered, converted into a digital signal by A/D, and then processed by DSP to calculate the values of Ra, Rz, Rq, and Rt and display them.
