Because different product types have different needs , most of them require customized fixtures. 500KG (inclusive) The standard configuration above is a powerful clamp. The powerful clamp can only withstand 200KG and is reinforced with 300~400KG (remarks for reinforcement). Please contact customer service to customize the clamp according to the product.

The difference between touch screen and computer Tensile Testing Machine

Touch screen Tensile Testing Machine: It adopts LCD touch screen control, curve display, can automatically calculate the average value of 10 sets of data, and can print data as needed. Please note that the printer cannot print curves because the curves are relatively large. Test parameters can be set as needed.

Computer-type Tensile Testing Machine: computer control, WINDOWS operating system, intuitive control, simple operation, and can output WORD documents. Use translation, comparison and other methods to compare data of multiple curves at the same time ; it also has the function of customizing test methods.

The difference between variable frequency motor and servo motor

Servo motors require different accuracy and power than inverter motors , and their manufacturing processes are different. If the inverter motors do not meet the requirements, you need servo motors. Tensile Testers below 500KG (inclusive) use variable frequency motors , and those between 1 and 30 tons use servo motors .
