DF-2 collector magnetic stirrer is widely used in colleges and universities, environmental protection, health, epidemic prevention, petroleum, chemical, medical and other units. This instrument has good performance, no noise, no vibration, fast heating, and is a reliable tool for experimenters, with the functions of dry boiling, oil bath and water bath.
How to use:
When using this instrument, first check whether the random accessories are complete, and then install the clamp in order first, and plug in the temperature control probe for backup. Put the solution required for the experiment in a beaker or flask, put it into the stirrer, then place it in the middle of the collector plate, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on to indicate that the power supply has been turned on, adjust the speed control knob from left to right (from low speed to high speed) to select the speed you need to stir, do not allow high-speed direct start, so as not to cause the stirring bar to be out of sync and cause jumping. When constant temperature heating is required, turn on the heating switch.
Instructions
1. Set the temperature
Press the SET button to enter the temperature setting mode to set the set value, press the SET button to see the number flashing to indicate that in the setting mode, press the up button to increase the setting value, the down button to decrease the setting value, keep pressing and keep increasing or decreasing to the value you need, after setting, then press the SET button to exit the setting mode and return to the normal working measurement mode.
2. Adjust the parameters
Lck:Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the internal parameter setting adjustment interface, the interface shows that Lck is the lock password, display 100, adjust to 106 and press the setting key to enter the internal parameter setting, when it is not 106, the parameter setting will be exited.
Sc: After setting, press the SET key to enter the adjustment of the next parameter, the upper row of the interface shows that Sc is the error calibration value, which indicates the error between the measured value and the actual value of the temperature controller, and the lower row displays the flashing number to enter the adjustment state (the following parameters are set in the same way), press the upper or lower button to adjust the value. (-99~99), default 0.
E:After the setting is completed, press the SET key to enter the adjustment of the next parameter, and the interface displays E to indicate the advance of the breakpoint control (only when the P value is set to 0), and the default is 5.
P:Press the SET key to enter the setting of parameter P, if the temperature overshoot is too large when using, adjust the P value, if the temperature rises too slowly or the control temperature is not reached, increase the P value.
Note: When the P value is 0, the breakpoint control mode is entered. That is, the system PID fails, and the heating starts when the temperature is lower than (set value-E value), otherwise the heating stops. Default is 20.
c:Press the SET key to enter the setting of parameter c, the last parameter is temporarily reserved for the internal parameters of the system, please do not adjust, the default value is 50.
AL:Press the SET key to enter the setting of the parameter AL, AL indicates the high temperature alarm value. That is, when the temperature > set temperature + AL, the instrument will alarm at high temperature. Default is 10.
TI:Press the SET key to enter the setting of the parameter TI, which indicates the timer in minutes. 0 means that the timing mode is turned off, otherwise when the instrument enters the stop state after working for a few minutes, the output of the load side will be stopped, and the default is 0.
After all the parameters are set, press the SET key to save the parameters and return to the normal working state.
3. Timing setting
In the working state, press the shift button (timer button) once to turn on the timer and call up the original set timer (if there is no set time, press it and there is no response). In the working state, press and hold the shift button (timer button) for three seconds to enter the timing setting mode and set the timing time.
4. PID self-tuning
In the working state, press and hold the down button for more than 6 seconds to start the auto-tuning mode. The ALM light flashes, and the meter starts to automatically self-tune the PID parameters. In autotuning mode, press and hold the down button for more than 6 seconds to exit autotuning. Since the end of tuning, the ALM stops flashing, and the meter automatically sets and loads the new PID parameters.
