Product Description:
SKN-2The push-pull force gauge is a small and simple thrust and tensile force testing instrument, which has the advantages of high precision, easy operation and easy to carry, and has a peak switching operation knob, which can be used for load peak indication and continuous load value indication.And there is a tolerance zone indicator device, which is convenient for batch test readings. Please read this manual carefully before using this instrument, so as to make full use of the functions of this instrument, so that the correct load value can be obtained during the test.It is suitable for push-pull load testing in electronic appliances, light industry and textiles, building hardware, lighters and ignition devices, fire-fighting equipment, pen making, lock making, fishing gear, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. It is a new generation of products that replace tubular push-pull force gauges.
Features
Hand-held design, small size, simple operation, and can be used in combination with various fixtures;
Pointer indication, easy reading, high test accuracy;
Peak protection function and continuous load indication can be switched freely;
Tolerance with indicator device, which can realize the setting of upper and lower limits;
Newton and kilogram units (units can be customized) are displayed at the same time, and no unit conversion is required;
One-year warranty, long-term maintenance;
Design, patent number: ZL200520074355.1.
Structure and overall dimension drawing
Test the operation
Please hold the push-pull force gauge firmly with both hands or install the push-pull force gauge on a suitable machine for testing. If the test object and the push-pull force gauge are not in a straight line, the correct load value will not be obtained during the test.
Preparation before the test
Select the appropriate fitting fixture for testing and install it on the push-pull force gauge.
1. Tensile test
Attach the attached tension clamp to the central shaft of the marked PULL end.
2. Compression test
From the attached thrust grips, select the appropriate test fixture and mount it on the central shaft marked with the [PUSH] end.
3. The use of extended adaptors
When the object to be tested cannot be reached, the attached quicker adapter is used to install the fixture.
Note: When using the extension adapter test, the test object and the push-pull force gauge need to be in the same straight line, if it is not in a straight line, it will not be able to drift 1g to get the correct load value.
4. Confirmation and operation method of switching knob
(1) The switch of the peak load [PEAK] is to gently press down and rotate the knob to the left at the same time, so that the "· " of the knob is marked on the continuous load [TRACK] position.
(2) The switch of continuous load [TRACK] will turn the switch knob to the right direction, and the knob will pop up, and the "· " of the knob will be marked on the load peak [PEAK] position.
(3) Precautions after the test: After the test is completed, switch the "·" mark of the knob, please place it at the position of the peak load [PEAK]. If the switch knob is placed in the continuous load [TRACK] position for a long time, the service life of the internal zero set spring will be shortened.
5. Dial adjustment
(1) Confirm that the pointer is aligned with the dial's [0]. If not, rotate the scale to adjust the pad, and the dial will move together so that the finger is aligned to the [0] position.
(2) When the instrument is placed vertically, especially when the fixture is installed, even if no load is applied, the pointer will deviate from the [0] position, which is due to the self-weight of the instrument and the fixture. At this time, the scale adjustment should be rotated so that the [0] of the dial is aligned with the pointer, and then the test is carried out.
6. The tolerance indication belt is set
Turn the two pointers on the tolerance indicator to set the upper and lower tolerances required for the test. When testing, when the push-pull force gauge pointer is within the indicated range of the tolerance indicator, the test value is set to pass: When the push-pull force gauge pointer is outside the range of the tolerance indicator, the test value is set to fail.
