简介
现代环境C84-III反射率测定仪主要用于白色和浅色漆遮盖力的测定,也常用于涂料、色漆的对比测试。C84-III型反射率测定仪符合国际标准 ISO 3905、ISO 3906,中国标准 GB/T 13452、GB 9270、GB 5211。
工作原理
C84-III 反射率测定仪由探头、主机、标准板(黑白各一块)、工作陶瓷板(黑白各二块)等组成。
探头采用0°照射,45°接收的原理。当试样的反射光作用于光电池表面时产生电讯号输入到直流放大器进行放大,并予以读数显示(详见光路原理图)。
C84-III 反射率测定仪的示值与受测表面反射的光照强度成正比。

使用方法
1)把探头与电控箱连接,接通电源。把探头放在黑色标准板上,开机预热3分钟。在连接时应注意插头上的凹槽应与电控箱插座上的凸起对准,拔下时应捏住插头,将插头的金属滑套向后拉,然后拔下插头,绝对不可直接拉导线。
2)校零:把探头放在黑色标准板上,调整主机的“调零”旋钮,使主机数字显示为00.0。
3)校正标准值:把探头放在白色标准板上,调整主机的“调满”旋钮,使主机显示的数值与白色标准板的标定值一致。允许变动±0.1。重复调整一次(调零、调满)。
4)测量RB值:把探头移至放有试样的黑色工作陶瓷板上,显示器所显示的数值即为RB值。
5)测量Rw值:把探头移至放有试样的白色工作陶瓷板上,显示器所显示的数值即为Rw值。
6)计算求得遮盖率RB/Rw值。
注意事项
1、为保证测量精度,测量环境温度应接近25℃,C84-III 反射率测定仪应经常校准。
2、为克服光电池的光照疲劳现象,在测试间隙时间内应将探头放在黑色标准板上面。减少插头的插拔,以免损坏插头,造成接触不良。
3、白色标准板应远离污染,否则会影响测量读数。
4、白色标准板如有污渍可用高级绘图橡皮除净。
5、试样的制备请依照相关的国家标准规定进行。
使用维护及故障排除
1)使用维护:
The C84-III reflectance measuring instrument adopts a highly sensitive photoelectric conversion device. When using it, it is necessary to ensure that the illumination part and the circuit part of the instrument are not affected by the external environment. Dust or water vapor adsorbed on the light-transmitting glass in the probe will affect the measurement readings, and should be wiped off in time with a lens cleaning cloth. Black and white standard plates should be wiped clean before each use. If there is corrosive gas in the environment, the photoelectric components in the instrument will be damaged.
Even better, the probe can be stored in a dry container when not in use.
2) Troubleshooting:

The reflectance measuring instrument is a special instrument. When a fault cannot be eliminated, it should be delivered to the instrument maintenance personnel or contact the instrument manufacturer, and it must not be dismantled or repaired at will.
3) The C84-III reflectance measuring instrument should be sent for inspection regularly to ensure the accuracy of use (recommended once a year).
