MODERNER GFJ-0.4A high-speed dispersing machine is one of the effective equipment for dispersing chemical raw material particles, and it is the equipment required by the laboratory. The high-speed disperser adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and the speed can be selected according to the different viscosity of the material and the needs of the test. GFJ-0.4 is widely used in the test of chemical products such as coatings, inks, adhesives, etc., to provide correct data for large-scale production.
High speed disperser structure
1) The GFJ-0.4A high-speed dispersing machine adopts a three-phase asynchronous motor, through frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, the display screen of the frequency converter directly displays the rotational speed of the shaft. The sanding blisks and dispersing blades are directly connected with the rotating shaft by threads.
2) Using foreign professional technology, the rotating shaft and the motor are integrated to ensure the accuracy of the rotating shaft.
3) The lifting structure adopts the bevel gear to drive the screw drive, which is easy to use.
4) The barrel material is made of stainless steel, and there is a jacket for cooling water.
5) The mechanical gripper can move up and down and rotate 360°, and can clamp the circular cylinder of Φ100~Φ260.

Use and maintenance
1. Loosen the brake block and raise the motor of the high-speed disperser.
2. Pour the prepared material into the cylinder, clamp it with mechanical grippers, then slowly lower the motor, cover the cylinder cover, and tighten the brake block.
3. Turn on the power, turn the speed control knob on the inverter to adjust the speed to the required speed; when shutting down, you can turn off the power directly, or adjust the speed to zero first, and then turn off the power. The four digits on the display screen of the frequency converter directly display the current rotational speed of the rotating shaft.
4. When the grid voltage is lower than 198V, there will be a phenomenon of running speed (that is, the speed suddenly increases), and it is not suitable to use this machine at this time.
5. It is not advisable to drive empty when the speed is greater than 4000r/min.
6. Since the motor drives the load, the actual speed is slightly inconsistent with the no-load speed. If the actual speed is found to be seriously inconsistent with the no-load speed (the actual speed is much smaller than the no-load speed), it means that the motor is in an overload state at this time. At this time, the frequency conversion The device will automatically stop working and the machine will stop.
