Introduction

The Modern Environment 75/150 Square Preparator 24X24 has dimensions of 24x24mm and can apply film thicknesses of 75/150 microns with a groove width of 18mm. The square preparer 24x24 is a wet film preparer used in industries such as coatings, paints, and pastes to prepare samples and measure hiding power and color. It is made of stainless steel, has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and is cost-effective.

1. Place the sample on the platform and fix it so that it cannot move when the square preparer 24X24 slides over it.

2. Place the square preparer 24X24 on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3. Pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the preparation device, hold both ends of it with your fingers, and slide it at a constant speed of 150 mm/second to obtain a wet film with the required wet film thickness.

4. After using the wet film preparer, immediately clean and dry it with a suitable solvent, and apply oil or Vaseline on the surface.
