      Shipping Policy

      1. Processing Time

      - Orders will be shipped within7 business days after confirmation (excluding holidays; applies to in-stock items unless otherwise specified for pre-order or out-of-stock products).  

      - If inventory is insufficient or exceptional circumstances arise, our sales team will contact you promptly to discuss solutions.  


      2. Shipping Carriers

      - Default carriers: DHL/FedEx/UPS (automatically selected based on the optimal route for the destination; contact sales for specific carrier requests).  

      - Customized logistics services (e.g., sea freight, special lines) are available. Sales will confirm costs and timelines in advance.  


      3. Shipping Cost Calculation

      - Costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.    


      4. Tracking

      - After shipment, sales will email you the AWB (Air Waybill) or B/L (Bill of Lading) for tracking.  


      5. Customs & Taxes

      - We handle export customs clearance, but import duties, VAT, and clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility (subject to the destination country’s regulations).  

      - For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, contact sales in advance.  

      - Declared values will reflect the actual transaction amount.  


      6. Delays & Lost Shipments

      - Delays: Contact us for assistance. No compensation will be provided for delays caused by third parties.  

      - Lost shipments: We will assist in filing claims with the carrier and arrange reshipment or refund afterward.  


      7. Important Notes

      - Ensure the shipping address is accurate. Buyers bear all losses due to incorrect addresses.  

      - Remote areas or oversized packages may incur surcharges, which will be specified in the proforma invoice.  


      8. After-Sales Service

      - Returns must be unopened and in original condition.  

      - For returns not caused by us, buyers cover all associated costs (including duties, return shipping, and handling fees).  

      - For instrument repairs, shipping/insurance costs and potential import taxes are the sender's responsibility.
