What is the E-NetCom After-Sales System?
E-NetCom (homophonous with "Instrument One NetCom") is an instrument after-sales system developed by NBCHAO in 2020. It covers all instrument product SKUs of NBCHAO, providing screened after-sales service information for each machine, each code, and each customer. It establishes a unified after-sales service standard system based on different manufacturers, different instruments, and different operators, offering users information-based and fast services.
Why was this system developed?
Corporate procurement behavior differs from that of individuals. Individuals purchasing daily commodities for many years are unlikely to forget where they made their purchases, and after-sales service for daily commodities is relatively standardized. However, corporate procurement and technical personnel are constantly changing due to job transfers or resignations. After several years, questions about instruments, such as whether they are still under warranty, whether there are operation manuals, who made the initial purchase, or who to contact for after-sales service, can incur significant communication costs to address one by one. Although some manufacturers may clearly indicate contact information, in the information age, after-sales service requires more systematic information, which is difficult to handle manually. Additionally, different manufacturers have varying service processes, standards, and attitudes, which can inadvertently cause inconvenience to users.
For this reason, NBCHAO invested in a research and development team to standardize the "identity card" for instruments. Regardless of how procurement and technical staff change over time, users can quickly and smoothly resolve issues related to instruments by simply scanning a code.
Current Features of E-NetCom
Currently, E-NetCom integrates various databases, including instrument parameters, warranty periods, application papers, instructional videos, technical documents, relevant standards, common issues, and more. It also provides after-sales contact information that matches the identity of the instrument.
