Due to the fast deposition speed, the production line that originally required several plating tanks now only needs one or two plating tanks, thus reducing the floor space and simplifying the production process of the automatic line. The simplification of these equipments can compensate for some high-speed electroplating equipment. expenditure.


It is relatively easy to realize the automatic operation and quality control of high-speed electroplating by electronic computer, and the low cost also improves the reliability of the product. At present, high-speed plating processes and devices ranging from coil-to-coil continuous plating of small and medium-sized electronic products to continuous tinning, zinc and zinc alloy plating of large steel strips are all automatically controlled by computers.


Because most of the high-speed electroplating is carried out in a closed system, the plating solution is recycled, and the exhaust gas is taken away from the operating area and then treated and recycled in a unified manner, thereby saving energy and is conducive to environmental protection; moreover, since most plating solutions use single-salt plating solution , and its wastewater treatment is also simple.


The various advantages of high-speed electroplating lead to its increasingly wide application in steel, machinery, electronics and other industries. Typical ones are: continuous high-speed tinning of thin steel strips as canning materials (related instruments: tinplate); continuous high-speed galvanizing and zinc alloys as automotive materials; preformed parts (IC frames, connectors, resistance-capacitance components , semiconductor two, triode, etc.) strip overall plating or partial selective plating, providing a reliable and cheap basis for mass production of electronic components.
