Principle of high pressure airless spraying
Use a low-pressure (0.4-0.6MPa) Air Compressor to compress air to drive a high-pressure pump, pressurize the paint to a pressure of 10-20MPa, and then spray it out through the special nozzle of the high-pressure Spray Gun. After the paint leaves the nozzle, it immediately expands into very thin streamlines in the atmosphere, and the streamlines become very fine particles due to the effect of surface tension and are sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece to form a coating.
The characteristics of this kind of spraying are: there is no rebound of paint particles and flying paint mist that occur in general air spraying.

Features of high pressure airless spraying
1) Suitable for spraying high viscosity paint
Spray thick paste paint, one spraying can get 100-300μm thickness, and can improve the coating density, adhesion and uniformity.
2) High production efficiency
High-pressure airless spraying is several times to ten times higher than the general compressed air spraying method, and can spray more than 300 square meters per hour.
