application background
Plastic sheets may shrink, expand, embrittle, and deteriorate under different temperature environments, which will affect their physical properties and service life. In addition, different plastic materials have different sensitivity to temperature, so high-low temperature resistance tests are required to determine their performance and reliability at different temperatures. This can further ensure that the plastic sheet can be used normally under various temperature environments, reduce the failure rate, improve its quality and reliability, and at the same time ensure its safety to the human body and the environment.

experiment procedure
Test material: plastic plate sample.
Test equipment: high-low Temperature Test Chamber.
(1) Cut the plastic sheet sample to the corresponding size and clean it to ensure that the surface is free of impurities such as oil and dust.
(2) Place the sample in the high-low Temperature Test Chamber, and set the corresponding temperature and humidity according to the test requirements.
(3) Gradually increase or decrease the temperature of the Test Chamber until it reaches the temperature range required by the test, and keep it for a certain period of time.
(4) After completing the high-low temperature test, take out the sample, check whether its appearance and performance have changed, and evaluate its high-low temperature tolerance.
Test Notes:
(1) The sample preparation process should be strictly controlled to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
(2) During the test, the test conditions are to be set in strict accordance with the test requirements, and the test data are to be recorded.
(3) After the test, the test equipment should be cleaned and maintained in time to ensure the accuracy and safety of the next test.
