(3) Test method When measuring, correct the zero point of the instrument. Turn on the power, and after 10 minutes of preheating, connect the 140% range selection button. Put the measuring head in the standard plate, slowly turn the calibration knob, so that the pointer indicates the gloss value calibrated by the standard plate, then move the measuring head on the sample to be tested, and read the gloss value. If the measured gloss value is lower than 70% of the sample, it should be pulled to the position of 7o% of the range to improve the ability to classify low gloss. Readings are accurate to 1%.
