experiment procedure

  1. According to the product specifications or relevant standards, determine the test parameters such as the test temperature range and temperature change rate.

  2. Install the LCD screen device into the high-low Temperature Test Chamber.

  3. Set the temperature of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber to the highest or lowest temperature in the test temperature range, and keep it warm for a period of time until the temperature is stable.

  4. According to the test requirements, set the temperature change rate and start the heating or cooling test.

  5. After reaching the target temperature, it is allowed to stabilize for a period of time.

  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to complete the entire testing process.

  7. After the test, observe whether there are abnormal phenomena on the LCD screen, such as image distortion, color deviation, afterimage, etc.

  8. Evaluate the tolerance and performance changes of the LCD screen based on the test results to guide product design and improvement.
