Application of low/high Temperature Test Chamber in high-low temperature resistance test of components

Components need to be tested for high-low temperature resistance because during use, components will face different temperature changes and environmental conditions, such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, etc. These conditions can adversely affect the electrical performance, mechanical strength and stability of components, leading to component failure and failure. Therefore, by conducting high-low temperature resistance tests, the reliability and durability of components in different environments can be verified to ensure that they can work normally and have stable performance and quality under various extreme conditions, so as to meet various applications and requirements .

High-low Temperature Test Chambers are widely used in high-low temperature resistance tests of components, including capacitors, inductors, transistors, diodes and other components. Through the high-low temperature test, the high-low temperature resistance performance of components can be tested to determine the reliability and stability of components.

The application of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber in the high-low temperature resistance test of components is shown in Figure 1

experiment procedure

The following are the steps for high-low temperature test of components in the high-low Temperature Test Chamber:

  1. Select the components to be tested and prepare a sufficient number of samples.

  2. Place the sample in a high-low Temperature Test Chamber and keep it in a stable state during the test.

  3. Set the temperature range and temperature change rate of the Test Chamber to control the temperature change in the Test Chamber.

  4. According to the requirements, the high temperature and low temperature alternating cycle test can be carried out, and the constant temperature test can also be carried out for a certain period of time.

  5. After the test is completed, the samples are taken out for inspection and testing to evaluate their performance and reliability.

  6. According to the test results, analyze the reliability and stability of the samples, and make improvements and optimizations as needed.

NBCHAO reminds you: when conducting high-low temperature tests, it is necessary to operate according to the requirements and specifications of the samples, so as to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the test.
