Steel structure anti-corrosion coating is a kind of protective coating applied to the surface of steel structure, mainly to prolong the service life of steel structure and improve anti-corrosion performance. During use, the coating on the surface of the steel structure needs to withstand the test of different climate environments and temperature changes, especially in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. The coating is easily corroded by moisture and causes corrosion on the surface of the steel structure. Damp heat resistance test to test the durability and corrosion resistance of the coating.
The damp heat resistance test can simulate the high temperature and high humidity environment in reality, and test the durability and corrosion resistance of steel structure anticorrosion coatings under different humidity and temperature by soaking, spraying, steam heating and other methods. Through these tests, the service life and performance of steel structure anticorrosion coatings in different environments can be evaluated, and technical support can be provided for practical applications.
The constant temperature and humidity Test Chamber can be used for the heat and humidity resistance test of steel structure anticorrosion coatings. This test is designed to test the reliability & stability of steel structure anti-corrosion coatings in high temperature and high humidity environment, so as to simulate the environment in actual use.

experiment method
The following are the general steps of the test method:
Prepare the sample: prepare the steel structure sample to be tested, and pre-treat the sample according to the standard requirements. Apply anti-corrosion paint and wait for it to dry.
Set test conditions: According to the requirements of test standards, set test conditions such as temperature, humidity and ventilation speed of the Test Chamber.
Place the sample: place the steel structure sample treated with the anti-corrosion coating in the Test Chamber, and make sure that they will not interfere with each other.
Start the test: Start the Test Chamber and start the test. During the test, parameters such as temperature, humidity, ventilation speed and test time in the box should be recorded, and checked and measured according to the standard requirements.
End of test: After the end of the test, the steel structure samples were taken out and evaluated. Assess the state of the anti-corrosion coating, such as whether corrosion has occurred, whether the coating has peeled or peeled off, etc.
Through these steps, the hygrothermal reliability & stability of steel structure anticorrosion coatings can be evaluated to determine whether they are suitable for use in high humidity and high temperature environments. In actual production, such tests can improve the quality and performance of anticorrosion coatings for steel structures and ensure their long service life.
