The quality of container coating film includes two aspects: the surface quality of the legal film and the quality of the film thickness:
Painted Surface Quality
The surface quality of the paint film is the appearance quality. The paint film of the shop primer should be free of defects such as spray leakage, blistering, whitening, stickiness, and peeling off. It reflects the internal quality of the shop primer and the process conditions to a certain extent. Good or bad. If the coating film of the shop primer has obvious streaky dripping spray, the walking speed of the nozzle and the steel plate should be adjusted; if the coating film of the shop primer cannot be dried in time, when the steel plates are stacked, the coating film will stick and fall off (relevant equipment: attached force Tester), so it is necessary to select a suitable thinner (such as winter thinner), a suitable nozzle aperture, or increase the temperature of the general room, slow down the transmission speed of the steel plate, etc., so that the steel plate can be shipped smoothly. In actual production, in order to understand Whether the shop primer applied by the steel plate pretreatment machine is uniform, you can stick a smooth, transparent glass plate or plastic plate on the steel plate, and you can also check whether there is flow on the pretreatment machine.
The surface quality of the container paint film reflects the internal quality of the container coating to a large extent, reflects the quality of the coating construction, and has an important impact on the exterior decoration and anti-corrosion life of the container.
For the left and right side panels, front end panels, door panels and roof panels (both including the inside) of the container, the surface of the coating film should:
(1) No coating defects such as sagging, spray leakage, pinholes, spontaneous, foaming, and _ knot holes;
(2) The surface color should be consistent with the specified color, generally indicated by lu and L Color Charts;

The surface of the asphalt paint on the bottom of the tank shall:

(2) No floor spray, peeling and cracks;

The quality inspector of the box factory should record the quality of the damaged surface in the checklist, and at the same time reflect the defects of the coating film to the relevant departments, so as to "prescribe the right medicine" and take active measures to improve the quality of the coating film, compared with ship paint. The construction period of container coating is short, and most of them are assembly line operations. It takes up to 2 days from the shot blasting and shop primer to the completion of asphalt paint spraying; It is a supporting product of the same paint company; the company's technical personnel insist on being on site, and will solve problems in time when they find out.
