Sagging
Some are called vertical flow. From the visual point of view, a part of the vertically called paint flows downward to form an over-thick uneven plane. Now use the fish drug diagram for cause analysis (see Figure 8.1).

It can be seen from the fishbone diagram that irregular construction is the main cause of sagging, so the painting construction of the container needs to be carried out according to the process documents, and more attention should be paid to the dilution amount, nozzle selection, and painting speed. Partial sagging should be reworked. After removing the sagging part, a thin layer of paint can also be sprayed. (Related instrument: Sag Tester)
