" Whiteness " is also called "whitening" or "chalk". From the phenomenon point of view, the surface of the coating is whitish and fuzzy. In the final analysis, the cause of the coating film of the container is the word "water", which is caused by three reasons:
① Encountered water when the coating film is not completely dry, such as dripping water from the steam room, watertight test of the container, and the box just put on the yard is drenched twice;
②When spraying paint, the relative humidity in the environment is too high; or the temperature of the box is too low, making the surface of the box wet; (related instruments: temperature and humidity meter)
③ The paint diluent is released too quickly, causing condensed water on the paint surface.
In actual production, the reason ① is the main reason, and the origin is mostly on the upper side of the lower branch material, where the water is extremely easy to collect. "From" is different from "white rust". White rust is the zinc salt of zinc-rich paint, which needs to be polished off, while slight whitening can be removed by rubbing with thinner.
