What is Nano Microscope?

Nanomicroscopy is a kind of high-resolution microscope that can image and measure samples at the nanometer level, and can observe the structure, morphology and physicochemical properties of materials. Its main working principle is to generate signals by using nano-probes to interact with the sample, and then use the Detector to receive the signal and convert it into image or spectral line information.

The application fields of nanomicroscopes mainly involve materials science, nanotechnology, biomedicine and other fields. Commonly used nanomicroscopes include atomic force microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, etc.

Technical parameters:

Technical parametersexplain
resolutionThe smallest distance that a microscope can resolve
spatial resolutionThe resolution of a microscope over space
sensitivityThe ability of the Detector to respond to signals
acquisition speedThe speed at which the microscope acquires images
operating modeThe operating mode of the microscope for imaging and measurement, such as contact mode, non-contact mode, etc

The above are some typical technical parameters of nanomicroscopes, and different models of nanomicroscopes may vary in these parameters.
