The hydraulic solenoid valve of the disperser is a key component that controls the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system of the disperser. It regulates the work of the hydraulic system by controlling the opening and closing state of the solenoid valve.


The working principle of hydraulic solenoid valve is as follows:


Structure: The hydraulic solenoid valve is composed of solenoid coil, valve core, valve seat and spring. The solenoid coil generates a magnetic field through the input of current, so that the valve core is subjected to magnetic force.


Working mode: The hydraulic solenoid valve has two working modes, namely power-on mode and power-off mode.


Power-on mode: When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the electromagnetic field will attract the valve core and remove it from the valve seat to form a passage. The hydraulic oil can flow through the channel of the valve core to complete the corresponding action of the hydraulic system.


Power-off mode: When the electromagnetic coil is powered off, the electromagnetic field disappears, and the valve core returns to its original position due to the action of the spring, closing the passage and preventing the flow of hydraulic oil.


Control signal: The opening and closing state of the hydraulic solenoid valve is realized by controlling the power-on and power-off of the solenoid coil. When the solenoid coil is powered on, the valve core is opened; when the solenoid coil is powered off, the valve core is closed.


Control mode: The hydraulic solenoid valve can change the working state of the solenoid coil through manual control, automatic control or remote control, so as to realize the control and adjustment of the hydraulic system.


The hydraulic solenoid valve plays an important role in controlling the flow of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system of the disperser. By controlling the opening and closing state of the solenoid valve, the functions of starting and stopping, speed adjustment and pressure control of the disperser can be realized.
