It usually includes a coating head and a coating system, which can automatically apply according to set parameters and procedures. The automatic wire rod coater can increase the sales volume of manual coating films, and is also suitable for coating scenarios of special materials such as hot melt adhesives and films, and can also be applied continuously to improve production efficiency.
Adjustable coating amount mayer-rod: This applicator has the function of adjusting the coating amount, and can adjust the opening size of the coating head or the structure of the coating head according to needs, so as to control the size of the coating amount.
