GB/T 22427.7 "Determination of Starch Viscosity" Viscosity Testing Equipment Scheme

GB/T 22427.7 "Determination of Starch Viscosity" standard is a national standard for the determination of starch viscosity. It stipulates the method of testing the viscosity of starch and modified starch with Rotational Viscometer and Brabande viscometer, which is mainly suitable for dry powdered starch and modified starch.

Two viscosity test methods are proposed in the standard. The first is the Rotational Viscometer method. The Rotational Viscometer and constant temperature Water Bath are used to combine the viscosity value of the starch emulsion, and the viscosity value at different temperatures is read by controlling different temperature points. The first method is a relatively simple method, and it is also a relatively common supporting method.
