Imported brands, such as TQC in the Netherlands, use Swiss 1.2085 tool steel, while domestically produced low-priced steel is often used in order to save costs. This directly results in a lack of anti-corrosion and anti-rust capabilities.
3. When using the scraper Fineness Meter, it needs to be wiped clean with solvent first, and it is recommended to scrub with medical gauze;
4. The hand-held scraper should be balanced and perpendicular to the scraper, and the paint should be scraped within 3 seconds, and immediately observe the light with the naked eye, and pay attention to the angle between the line of sight and the plane of the scraper at about 20°.
5. In order to make the fineness value measured by the scraper Fineness Meter more accurate, at least 3 scraping samples are required, and the average value of similar fineness values is taken;
6. After the test, the scraper fineness gauge should be cleaned with solvent and dried before the paint is dry. Special attention needs to be paid here. If the test paint you use is relatively corrosive, or the test is neglected in cleaning, once you choose a low-end scraper Fineness Meter, it will inevitably cause rust, which means that the accuracy will be greatly affected. The loss outweighs the gain.
