Coating films on aluminum plates/aluminum foils is a popular application of film coating machines. Aluminum plates are usually used in construction, transportation, electronic products, packaging and other fields, and a typical application of coatings on aluminum foil is the lithium battery industry.
Coating films have different application requirements: 1. The coating layer can protect the surface of the aluminum plate from corrosion, oxidation, wear and chemical erosion, and extend its service life. 2. The coating layer can change the appearance of the aluminum plate, increase color choices, improve the aesthetics of the product, and make it more suitable for various design needs. 3. The coating layer can also give the aluminum plate more functions, such as increasing wear resistance, weather resistance, anti-skid properties, etc., to meet the needs of different application scenarios. 4. In this experiment, a wire bar scraper vacuum adsorption automatic coating machine was used, and a high-precision RDS coating wire bar was used for scraping coating. Since the thickness of the aluminum plate is relatively thin, similar to that of aluminum foil, the vacuum adsorption function is used to fix it flatly. The speed of scraping is controlled at 30mm/s.
