I. Overview
SFJ-400 Sanding, Dispersing and Stirring Multipurpose Machine is a new product designed with foreign technology. This product integrates the functions of sanding, dispersing and mixing equipment. It is currently the most satisfactory experimental equipment for laboratory personnel.
This equipment adopts electronic speed control circuit, the number directly displays the rotational speed of the rotating shaft, and is equipped with various sanding discs, dispersing blades and stirring blades. It can adapt to different test needs in the laboratory, and can directly calculate the relationship between the linear speed of the sanding disc, dispersion and stirring blades, material viscosity and chemical reaction rate according to the displayed shaft speed, and provide correct data for large-scale production.

3. Structure
1. This machine adopts series commutator motor, through electronic stepless speed regulation, the number directly displays the rotational speed of the shaft. The sanding blisks and dispersing blades are directly connected with the rotating shaft by threads.
2. The cylinder adopts a jacket structure, which can pass through cooling water and is made of stainless steel.
4. Use and maintenance
1. When in use, fix the selected sanding leaf disk or dispersing and stirring blades with the rotating shaft.
2. Adjust the height of the rotating shaft and the container, clamp the container and the motor seat, and cover the container cover.
3. Before use, you need to check whether the speed control knob is at the zero position, then turn on the power switch, and then adjust the speed to the required speed; when shutting down, first turn the speed control knob to the zero position, and then turn off the power.
4. When the grid voltage is lower than 198V, there will be a phenomenon of running speed (that is, the speed suddenly increases), and it is not suitable to use this machine at this time.
5. This motor is a series-excited commutator motor, and sparks will be generated by the brushes when rotating, so it is not suitable for use in explosion-proof workshops.
6. When the speed is greater than 4000r/min, it is not suitable to drive empty.
