Tensile tests were carried out on 12 groups of steel plates for automobiles with relatively stable properties produced by different processes on two testing machines with different flexibility, and the tensile rate was controlled by the traditional beam displacement control mode, and the strength index and ductility index were tested. The results show that the upper yield strength ReH and the specified non-proportional elongation strength Rp0.2 measured on the traditional wedge grip testing machine with greater flexibility are smaller than those measured on the hydraulic push grip testing machine with less flexibility, while The flexibility of the testing machine has no obvious effect on the determination results of yield strength ReL, tensile strength Rm and elongation after break A; the results confirm the method A (strain rate control method) proposed in the new national standard GB/T 228.1-2010 At the same time, according to the difference in the influence of the flexibility of the testing machine on the test results, suggestions for method A in the actual implementation process are put forward.
