Adhesion test method
A 300mm long straightening sample shall be stretched to the percentage specified in the relevant product standard.
(1) Before stretching the enamelled flat wire, the sample should be cut in the middle of the measured length for one day until the conductor. After stretching, the specimen should be checked for loss of adhesion. Measure 1 sample, if loss of adhesion should be recorded in the report. And start unidirectional measurement loss of adhesion distance height from cutting point, measure the loss of adhesion distance of each case of sample, record maximum value.
(2) Before drawing the impregnated fiber-coated round wire and flat wire, remove all the insulation from the sample but keep the middle 100mm of insulation. After stretching, the specimen should be checked for loss of adhesion. Measure 1 sample, if loss of adhesion should be recorded in the report. If the insulation slides on the conductor for national wires, and if the insulation is high on both sides of the sample for flat wires, it is considered that the insulation property is lost.
(3) Before the enamelled round wire and flat wire are stretched, the sample should be cut at two places 100mm apart in the middle of the measured length until the conductor. After stretching, the sample should be checked for loss of adhesion. Measure 1 sample and record if loss of adhesion.
(4) Before stretching film turnkey wire and flat wire, the sample should be cut in the middle of the measured length until it reaches the conductor. After stretching, the specimen should be checked for loss of adhesion.
Measure 1 sample, if loss of adhesion should be recorded in the report. And measure the loss of adhesion distance unidirectionally from the cutting point. Measure the height of the loss of adhesion on each side of the sample, and record the maximum value.
Reference standard
National standard GB/T4074.3 "Test method for winding wire". This standard is equivalent to IEC60851-3:1996 in the series of standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) (Winding Wire Test Method).
