How to use the Fineness gauge

Fineness gauge is used to detect the fineness of Coatings, dyestuffs, Printing inks, etc. The following matters should be noted before using Fineness gauge

Precautions

1. Fineness gauge must be carefully washed and dried with solvent before use, and a soft wipe should be applied when scrubbing

2. The scraper is in vertical contact with the surface of the polished plate

3. The measurement of Coating fineness should be tested three times in parallel, and the test results should be the arithmetic average of two similar readings. The error of the two readings should not be greater than the minimum Graduation of the instrument.
