The viscosity detection of coatings is generally two scenarios in the laboratory and on-site in terms of scenarios. As for the desktop cup, it is generally more commonly used in the laboratory because it needs to cooperate with the stand and cannot be immersed in the sample to be tested anytime and anywhere. And why the handheld Viscosity Cup is also called portable, it should not be the word portable! When measuring on site, you don’t need to consider whether there is a support platform, the support can be immersed in the measurement, and reliable viscosity data can be obtained after multiple measurements. Of course, my colleague is asking how accurate are those two? This is a rather depressing problem. The product accuracy of the Viscosity Cup will not be affected by whether it is portable or desktop, but in terms of the rigor of the measurement, there is no doubt that the measurement in the laboratory will not be interfered by manpower.
