Porcelain crucible or petri dish

2. Operation steps

(1) Double-dry the clean Petri dish in a blown constant temperature Drying Oven at (105+2)°C for 30 minutes, then take it out and put it in a glass desiccator, wait for it to cool to room temperature and weigh it.

(2) Stir the electrophoretic solution evenly, transfer 1~2g of the electrophoretic solution into a weighed petri dish, and evenly cover the bottom of the container, then put it in a constant temperature Drying Oven, and first dry it at 100°C After most of the water evaporates, heat up to (160±2)°C and double-bake for 1 hour, take it out and put it in a glass desiccator, wait until it cools down to room temperature and weigh it

(3) Put the petri dish back into the Incubator at (160±2)°C and double-dry for 30 minutes, take it out and put it in a glass desiccator, and weigh it again after cooling to room temperature.

(4) The difference between the two weighings should not be greater than 0.01g, otherwise step 3) should be repeated until the weight difference between the two times before and after is less than 0.0lg, and the solid content is calculated as follows:

Determination of solid content parameters of electrophoretic fluid with Figure 1

In the formula

s-mass fraction of coating solids (%);

w 0 -petri dish weight (g);

w 1 The weight of the sample and Petri dish (g);

w—the weight of the electrophoresis solution transferred into the culture dish (g).

The test results take the average value of two parallel experiments, and the relative error of the parallel experiments should not be greater than 0.3%.
