Weather resistance rating of paint film (GB/T1766-95)
Prepare 3 test panels according to the standard of "preparation method of heat and humidity resistance, salt spray and aging paint film" (GB/T1765-89), make original records, keep 1 panel as a comparison sample, and test 2 panels, and test the results separately and overall rating.
(1) Individual Rating
1. Lost light
Determine the gloss of the paint film after aging according to GB/T1743-89, and compare it with the original gloss, and express the degree of gloss loss by the percentage of gloss loss. The grades are shown in Table 3_8_4.
2. Discoloration
According to GB/T9761-88 color comparison and according to GB250-64 to determine the degree of discoloration of the color of the test plate relative to the color of the original model, the grades are shown in Table 3_8_5.
3. Pulverization
Rub the surface of the test panel with your fingers back and forth twice (the length of the scratch is 5~7cm), and grade according to Table 3_8_6, and Table 3_8_6 for pulverization rating.
4. Crack
Rated according to Table 3_8_7.
5. Blistering
Rated according to Table 3_8_8.
6. rust
Rated according to Table 3_8_9.
7. Mildew
Rated according to Table 3_8_10.
8. spots
Rated according to Table 3_8_11.
9. Pan gold
Rating per Table/3-8-12.
10. Shedding
See Table 3-8-13 for grading according to the size of the shedding area.
11. Contamination
Rated according to Table 3_8_14.
