3. Operating Instructions
1. Open the battery door and install the 9V battery correctly. Press the ON/OFF key to enter the normal measurement state.
2. Temperature unit conversion: Press the ℃/℉ key to convert between Celsius and Fahrenheit (the default is ℃ when the device is turned on).
3. Temperature maximum and minimum value measurement: Press the "T MAX MIN" key once to read the current maximum value, and press the "T MAX MIN" key again to read the current minimum value. And lock the value, continue to press the key, then return to the normal measurement state.
4. Humidity maximum and minimum measurement: Press the "RH MAX MIN" key once to read the current maximum value, and press the "RH MAX MIN" key again to read the current minimum value. And lock the value, continue to press the key, then return to the normal measurement state.
5. Data hold: In the normal measurement state, press the "T HOLD" key to immediately lock the current temperature measurement value, and press "RH HOLD" to lock the current humidity value.
6. K-type thermocouple measurement: When the K-type thermocouple is connected, the LCD will display "TYPE K" to prompt to enter the wide temperature measurement state, and when the thermocouple is pulled out, it will switch to the normal temperature measurement state.
7. Backlight selection: Press and hold the ℃/℉ key for more than 2 seconds to turn on or off the LCD backlight.
8. When the battery symbol only has a box left, please replace the battery so as not to affect the measurement accuracy.
9. Shutdown: It will automatically shut down if there is no operation for 10 minutes, or press ON/OFF to shut down directly.
10. If the temperature exceeds the measurement range, "OL" will be displayed.
