Summary of the use and maintenance of balance

1. Balance environment and installation.

Bad environment The balance room is located in the room on the ground floor facing north. If it is facing east or west, there should be no windows, and the sunlight should not shine directly on the room or on the balance. Indoor exercises should be done dry, with cold light lighting, and the light should be soft. There should be no obvious airflow and harmful gas entering the room, pay attention to the prevention of life, the room temperature is 18~25℃, and the relative humidity is 55%~75%. The sky platform should be solid and shockproof (see Chapter 15, .

Installation should be carried out by specialized technicians, or according to the instructions. Wear self-spinning gloves before installation, and use a soft brush to carefully remove the dust and dirt inside and outside the frame cover. All electroplated parts should be wiped clean with mirror paper or mirror paper, and the mirror surface should be gently wiped with a soft brush or mirror paper. The supporting parts of the end body, the blade, etc. should be wiped with a small amount of acetone or acetone with a silk cloth. When cleaning the machine, if the solvent flows into the glued place, it should be blotted with paper immediately. Other parts can be wiped with deer or silk cloth.

2. The use and precautions of the balance

(1) Before weighing, check whether the weight is original, whether the parts are complete, whether the installation is correct, and whether the balance is in a horizontal position.

(2) Turn on the balance slowly, and choose to avoid vibration. At this time, check whether the swing of the balance pointer is normal.

(3) Open both sides of the balance for 10 minutes (generally do not open the door), so that the internal and external temperature and humidity tend to be consistent, and then close the side door. Open and close the balance twice in a row so that the parts fall into their normal positions.

(4) After adjusting the equal point, the mechanically coded index dial should point to zero.

(5) Weighing can only be carried out when the temperature of the weighing sample is consistent with that of the balance.

(6) After weighing, turn off the balance in time (when the pointer is placed in the middle of the sign), and then count.

(7) When adding confirmation codes or placing weighing samples, the balance must be turned off.

(8) The weights and swimming weights of the balance cannot be lost, let alone interchanged. The replacement weights should be calibrated.

(9) The cutting weight of the balance should not exceed the maximum cutting weight. When the balance is turned on after adding weights, the pointer swing is controlled between 2 and 4 small divisions.

(10) The sample crystal should be placed in a clean and dry weighing bottle and kept at room temperature for 10 minutes before weighing, or put the sample into a watch glass and then put it in the center of the balance tray. The weighing bottle should not be taken by hand. , Take it centrally with a crossing note. Do not place hot or cold samples on the balance tray.

(11) When adding and subtracting weights, use the center of the weight to take the weight. For different weights, use the positive and negative sides of the weight respectively. For the automatic weighting balance, it is necessary to add slowly one gear at a time to prevent the ring code from colliding or jumping off.

(12) Every time the balance is used, check whether the beam of the balance has fallen, whether the power is cut off, whether the weights are complete, whether there is any medicine dropped into the balance, whether the door is closed tightly, and whether the double (red, black) cloth cover is covered. so wait.

(13) After the balance has been used for a period of time, it should be sent to the metrology department for verification, and the maximum verification cycle should generally not exceed 1 year. The adjusted balance can only be tested for performance after it has been parked for 48 hours. A full cleaning of each balance should be carried out twice a year.

(14) When the balance needs to be moved, all parts of the movable parts should be removed and numbered to identify the left and right parts.

(15) For semi-mechanical and semi-automatic weighting balances, the value within 1g is the algebraic sum of the value indicated by the mechanical weighting index plate and the reading value on the projection room, and this value is the weighing result; when it is above 1g, Then the mass value of the weight added in the weighing pan should be added. For Zijin mechanical automatic overweight balance, the weighing value is the algebraic sum of the indicated value of the three sets of index plates and the reading value on the projection room.

3. Balance maintenance

(1) The magnetic glue dry operating agent should be placed in the balance. Depending on the area, dehumidification or air conditioning equipment can be installed in the balance room.

(2) For substances that are volatile or corrosive, they should be weighed in a sealed container and should not be spilled on the tray.

(3) Frequently check whether the scale division value and indication value variability of the balance are qualified. If they do not meet the requirements, they should be adjusted and repaired in time.

(4) After moving the position of the balance, a comprehensive inspection of the measurement performance of the balance should be made.

(5) The weighing value cannot exceed the maximum load of the balance used.

(6) The balance should be kept by a special person and responsible for maintenance and maintenance.
