3. Instructions for use:
1. Unscrew the fastening bolts on the sample fixtures at both ends, place the sample paper cut into 60×300mm under the rubber fixing plate, tighten the sample paper, and then tighten the fastening bolts.
2. Cut the 80g/m2 clean copy paper into a width of 50×290mm as the friction paper, loosen the lock nuts on both sides of the grinding head and rotate the tight paper cylinder (that is, the shaft rod with a slot in the middle), tighten and fix the friction paper On the grinding head, then tighten the lock nut, and then put the grinding head on the swing arm of the testing machine. If you want to increase the load capacity, you can put additional weights on the grinding head.
3. Plug in the power supply, set the number with the counter, and select the number of times you want to rub (usually 40 times); turn the speed control knob to select the required friction speed (43 times/min is recommended, that is, the speed control knob points to the red dot ).
4. Turn on the power switch of the governor, and the machine starts to work. After reaching the predetermined number of times, the machine stops automatically, and the sample is removed for observation.
5. If you want to stop the machine during operation, you can directly turn off the power switch of the governor, and then turn on the power switch of the governor if you want to continue working.
6. After the machine stops automatically, just press the "Reset" button on the counter, and the machine can run again.
4. Matters needing attention:
1. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the sample and friction paper are not installed.
2. If the friction paper or sample breaks, stop the machine as soon as possible.
