3. Instructions for use:
1. Rotate the inner hexagonal wrench on the side of the permanent magnetic suction cup clockwise to the "-" position, place the 50×120mm tin plate coated with the sample and dried on the center of the suction cup, and turn the inner hexagonal wrench counterclockwise to "+" position, at this time the sample is adsorbed on the suction cup.
2. Use the metallographic sandpaper with a width of 60×120mm as the sandpaper for grinding, loosen the lock nuts on both sides of the grinding head and rotate the tight paper cylinder (that is, the shaft rod with a slot in the middle), tighten and fix the sandpaper for grinding on the grinding head, and then Tighten the lock nut, and then put the grinding head on the swing arm of the Tester. If you want to increase the load capacity, you can put additional weights on the grinding head.
3. Connect the water inlet pipe and drain pipe, and adjust the water flow to drip continuously on the grinding head.
4. Plug in the power supply, set the number with the counter, and select the number of times you want to rub, usually set the number to 50 (the number of times of one-way friction is 100); turn the speed control knob to select the required friction speed (80 times/min is recommended, that is, The governor knob points to the 7th red dot from 0).
5. Turn on the power switch, and the machine starts to work. After reaching the predetermined number of times, the machine stops automatically. Turn the inner hexagonal wrench clockwise to the "—" position, and take off the sample for observation.
6. If you want to stop the machine during operation, you can directly turn off the power switch, and then turn on the power switch if you want to continue working.
7. After the machine stops automatically, just press the "Reset (R)" button on the counter, and the machine can run again.
4. Matters needing attention:
1. When the sample and sandpaper are not installed, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine.
2. After the test, the power supply and water source should be cut off as soon as possible.
