1. Purpose
LDW-Ⅰtensile low-Temperature Test Chamber is one of the test devices used in conjunction with the tensile dynamometer. It is suitable for subjecting the specimen material to the simulated low-temperature climate under specified conditions, and then obtaining its specified physical and mechanical properties. objective evaluation. The device complies with the provisions of GB/T2423.1-2001 (equivalent to IEC60068-2-1:1990), and is required for perfect testing methods in many industries such as building materials, machinery, electronics, and instruments. It can be used in the tests of "tensile measurement at -10°C", "tensile measurement at 0°C" and "low temperature stability" of elastic architectural coatings.
2. Main technical parameters
1. Power supply: 220V 50Hz
2. Temperature range: -20℃~+30℃
3. Temperature fluctuation: ≤±0.5℃
4. Temperature uniformity: ≤1.0℃
5. Rated power: 2.5kw
6. Refrigerator power: 1.1kw
7. Studio size (depth x width x height) 240mm x 240mm x 540mm
3. Main features
The device has independent cooling and heating devices, and the temperature control effect is good.
In addition to adding a timer to meet various test requirements, the device is designed to be simplified in order to improve cost performance and maintenance convenience.
The device is small and compact, flexible in movement, and easy to separate and combine with the supporting host.
The inner and outer walls of the device are made of high-quality stainless steel plate material, which has good corrosion resistance and is easy to clean.
4. Environmental conditions
1. Before the test, it should be placed in a room with flat ground and good ventilation. The distance from walls and obstacles is not less than 1.5m.
2. There is no strong electromagnetic field, strong airflow, strong light or heat source radiation around the test site, and there is no dust or corrosive substances in the air. .
3. It is strictly forbidden to place flammable, explosive and volatile items in the test site
4. The test box must be reliably grounded.
5. The test box and accessories should be matched with the specified force measuring device.
5. Operation steps
1. Pull out the sliders outside the upper and lower openings of the test box.
2. Temporarily move the Test Chamber to the rear end of the guide rail.
3. Move the bottom frame of the test box so that the bottom frame on the side of the door is close to the rear side of the dynamometer base, and the front end of the test box should be in a position symmetrical to the tensile axis of the dynamometer.
4. Carefully move the test box forward, and finally make the test box reach the axis of the upper and lower openings, which is coaxial with the tensile axis of the tensile machine, by adjusting the extension height of the height adjustment screw (or taking other stable and reliable heightening measures). There is no interference in the stretching process, and the Test Chamber can move forward and backward freely.
5. Lock the height adjustment screw.
6. Install the force test piece.
7. After moving the test box to the working position, install the sliders and gaskets outside the upper and lower openings of the test box, and try to prevent leakage during operation.
8. Set the test time according to the requirements of the time relay instruction manual.
9. Turn on the power of the test box and press the "power" button, at this time the power indicator light is on.
10. Set the temperature to the temperature required for the test according to the instruction manual of the temperature control regulator.
11. Press the refrigeration button, at this time the refrigeration indicator light is on, and the refrigeration unit should start.
