QSDJ-0.7 Pneumatic single-axis multi-purpose machine is a new product designed with foreign technology. This product integrates the functions of dispersing and mixing equipment, and is currently the most satisfactory experimental equipment in the laboratory.
This equipment adopts all pneumatic components and is suitable for use in explosion-proof laboratories. Equipped with dispersing blades, it can adapt to different test needs of the laboratory. The lifting and turning of this equipment adopts manual components, and the operation is light and flexible.

3. Structure
1. This machine adopts an air motor, and the rotation speed of the rotating shaft is controlled by adjusting the motor air valve. The sanding blades and dispersing blades are directly connected with the rotating shaft by threads.
2. Use manual lifting, loosen the brake handle, you can easily go up and down.
4. Use and maintenance
1. Fix the selected dispersing blades to the main shaft during use.
2. Adjust the height of the main shaft and the container, clamp the container, and cover the container.
3. When using, open the air source valve, and then adjust the speed to the required speed; when shutting down, first reduce the speed to zero, and then turn off the air source.
4. Connect the air source to the interface of the air source valve, and then adjust the pressure on the oil-water separator to 0.6MPa.
5. Turn the motor air valve on the air inlet of the air motor to adjust the motor speed.
6. Loosen the brake handle, lift up and down to the desired position, and then lock the brake handle to start the machine. (The lifting speed should not be too fast, so as not to damage the machine.)
7. When the dispersing blade is not installed, it is not advisable to drive empty when the speed is greater than 3000r/min, otherwise the main shaft will be easily damaged.
