Infrared Drying Oven
When drying a small amount of powder-like solid samples in the laboratory, a portable box-type infrared dryer is commonly used (see Figure 10-9). The box is lined with asbestos board to prevent heat loss, and the top of the box is equipped with two differential infrared lamps, and the samples are dried by the infrared light emitted by the infrared lamps. The height of the infrared bulb can be adjusted freely up and down. If the material to be dried is at the focus of the infrared lamp, it will receive the most heat.
1. Features of infrared Drying Oven
Small size, light weight, safety, power saving, simple drying operation, easy maintenance, uniform temperature and fast drying speed.
2. Technical specifications
Voltage: 220V, 50Hz;
Power: 500W (2 infrared bulbs 250W);
Insulation resistance: 10Ma;
Dimensions: 400>(260x450mm.
3. Usage and Precautions
How to use: firstly put the special dry things into the box, then adjust the screw width on the top of the box so that the light bulb is at the specified height, close the box door, insert the power plug into the power socket, turn on the power switch , and the two inside the box Only the infrared light is on at the same time. It is in use.
Precautions:
(1) Please pay attention to whether the power supply voltage is 220V before plugging in the power supply;
(2) Before plugging in the power supply, it is necessary to check whether the grounding wire of the machine is in good condition , so as to prevent the machine from being electrified and hurting people;
(3) Do not place it horizontally, upside down, or under strong shock, so as not to damage the built-in bulb.
4. Product model
There are two common models recently, see Table 10-9.
