Air Compressor displacement how to adjust?

How to adjust the displacement of the Air Compressor? Picture 1Generally, piston Air Compressors are equipped with an automatic pressure regulation system. When the displacement of the compressor is greater than the user's demand, the pressure reflected in the gas storage will rise, and the self-regulation system of the compressor will work to prevent the compressor from entering the air. Half-load or no-load operation to reduce the displacement of the compressor, thereby saving the power consumption of the compressor. There are two common self-adjusting systems as follows.

(1) Self-adjusting system composed of pressure regulating valve, unloading valve, etc. When the internal pressure of the air storage male reaches the rated pressure, the compressed air introduced from the air storage tank will regulate the pressure opening and lead to the unloading valve along the regulating pipeline, press down the unloading core, the suction port is closed, and the compressor Because no air enters, the suction pressure drops sharply, and the gas red volume is reduced to zero, at this time, the compressor stops exhausting. When the pressure in the air storage tank is lower than the rated pressure of 0.05~0.1MPa, the regulator closes the valve port under the action of elastic force, the compressed air filled in the cavity is released through the regulating valve, the suction port is reopened, and the compressor starts again. Negative street operation continues to supply gas. When driving or parking, manually close the load reduction adjustment to start or stop the machine with no load.

(2) The exhaust volume is adjusted by opening the suction regulating device with the load regulator. When the user's air consumption decreases and the discharge pressure of the compactor increases, the compressed air will open the suction valve through the regulator, so that the air sucked by the compressor will be discharged from the suction pipe to the suction pipe when the piston returns to compress, and the machine will enter In dry operation, in the two-stage double-action compressor, when the suction valves at the first and second air cylinders are opened, the compressor displacement will be reduced by 50%. When the top is opened, the displacement of the compressor is reduced to zero, and the compressor enters the dry run.
