① Method A: standard sample method
According to the "General Preparation Method of Paint Films" (GB1727), the measured samples and standard samples were prepared on the tinplate respectively for each paint film. After the paint film is dry, overlap the two boards by 1/4 area, check under natural scattered light, the distance between the eye and the sample is 30-35cm, and the angle is about 120°~140°, check the color and appearance according to the product standard, The color should meet the technical tolerance range; the appearance should be flat, smooth or meet the crystal production standards.
② Method B: standard color plate method
According to the "General Preparation Method of Paint Film" (GB1727), prepare the test sample on the tin plate to prepare the paint film. After the paint film is dry, overlap the standard color plate with the color plate to be tested by 1/4 area, and check it under natural scattered light. .The distance between the eye and the sample is 30~35cm, forming an angle of about 120°~140°. If the color is between two standard swatches or is relatively close to a standard swatch, it is considered to meet the technical tolerance range; Carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law A.
Standard swatches and standard samples are valid for one year, or as agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user.
